SHIPPING & RETURNS

DB Originals Return & Exchange Policy

 

 

At DB Originals, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

 

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

 

 

  • You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging intact.

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., undergarments, final sale items, or personalized products). Any exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

 

 

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

 

  1. Contact our customer support team at dboriginals0@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return/exchange.

  2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (where applicable) and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or ship out your replacement product.

 

 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your item for the refund to appear on your account.

  • If your original payment method is no longer available, we will issue store credit.

 

 

 

4. Exchanges

 

 

  • Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. If you choose a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.

  • Replacement items will be shipped once your return is received and inspected.

 

 

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

 

  • DB Originals covers return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • For all other returns (such as sizing or preference), customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise noted in promotional offers.

 

 

 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

 

  • If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no cost to you.

 

 

 

7. Exceptions

 

 

  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and final sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
